• Cabins do not have heating or air conditioning.

• Please make sure to bring towels, bath products, and extra bedding.

• Campsites are rated for 2 adults and 3 children.

• We require a $100.00 security deposit & a 15% CT hotel tax on all rentals.

• No smoking.

• Two night minimum stay. * Weekly rentals are 7 consecutive nights.
